In this role, you will coordinate international service assignments and act as a key link between our customers, the sales team and our service and training team.

Your future area of responsibility
* Coordinating global service assignments for the installation, repair and inspection of steel belts
* Acting as the point of contact between customers, the sales department and the service and training team
* Preparing quotations, including cost calculations based on current price lists
* Independent organisation of complete service assignments (flight and hotel bookings for service technicians, as well as the organisation of tools and spare parts)
* Verification of external invoices in preparation for settlement
* Supporting the department management in drawing up the service revenue budget, as well as the investment and maintenance budget for service equipment

* The gross annual salary starts at € 49,000 (full-time basis) – a competitive salary above market rates is offered depending on qualifications and experience
