* Actively contributing to the design and optimization of efficient customer support processes

Your profile
* Interest in electric vehicles
* Enjoyment of communicating with customers
* Commercial or technical secondary education (A-levels); basic technical understanding is an advantage
* Very good written and spoken English (a second foreign language is a plus)
* A calm, professional, and friendly manner
* Enjoy working in a team with a wide range of tasks
* Confident communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
* Curiosity and interest in new topics
