Key Responsibilities
* Lab Support: Actively support the lab verification of the latest Infineon Radar systems, with a special focus on firmware.
* Matlab Development: Contribute to the MATLAB development of new and existing measurement routines, under the guidance of experienced verification engineers.
* Verification Tasks: Execute targeted verification tasks, evaluate the results, and produce measurement reports.
* Test Bench Setup: Contribute to the definition and setup of test benches for the verification of Radar systems.
* Test Automation: Contribute to the development and implementation of test automation methodologies and tools.
Further Information
Type of employment: Temporary / Part‑time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: Minimum 12 months
Qualifications & Skills
* Education: Motivated and committed Bachelor's or Master's student from the fields of Electrical Engineering, Software / Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Physics, or similar.
* Technical Skills: Strong interest in hardware, software, and product verification, with programming skills in MATLAB.
* Way of Working: Open mindset with a focus on quality, good analytical skills, and problem‑solving abilities; willingness to work collaboratively with others.
* Practical Experience: Lab experience, including skills such as soldering and PCB design, are an advantage.
* Language Skills: Effective communication skills in English and German.
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full‑time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (see https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2025.pdf).
