University degree, preferably in business, and/or engineeringSeveral years of relevant professional experience in business development, innovation management, or startup consultingIdeally, hands-on entrepreneurial or startup experience, with a solid understanding of the Austrian entrepreneurship ecosystemStrong interest in emerging technologies, complex systems, and Deeptech innovationProven ability to design, facilitate, and manage workshops, mentoring, and incubation programmesExcellent analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable strategiesStrong organisational and project management abilities, including budgeting and reportingHigh level of self-motivation, resilience, and a structured, goal-oriented working styleExcellent communication, moderation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholdersCreative and critical thinker with a proactive, solution-focused mindsetGenuine enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and supporting researchers on their innovation journeyTeam-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environmentsConfident and empathetic communicator with strong presentation and facilitation skillsFluent in German and English (C1/C2 level, written and spoken)
