Job description
Act as the Global SAP MM Template Owner (m/f/d) for the Demand‑to‑Pay (D2P) process
Drive standardization and harmonization of SAP D2P processes across all companies and regions
Maximize the use of standard SAP functionality, automation, and process usability
Contribute conceptually to the global S/4HANA implementation, with a focus on operational and strategic sourcing
Provide expert consulting to the business on procurement process improvements
Manage and prioritize the purchasing‑related backlog within the Solution Team
Ensure compliance with the procurement template during future S/4HANA rollouts and continuously improve it
Act as the single point of truth for the procurement template, collaborating closely with local process owners (m/f/d) and procurement teams
Develop process documentation and user (m/f/d) guides; organize and deliver international trainings and workshops
Define, monitor, and report KPIs to measure process performance and support continuous improvement
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
Proven experience in a similar role with global process ownership and Demand‑to‑Pay / Purchase‑to‑Pay environments
Solid experience with SAP MM, ideally in an S/4HANA environment
Strong project management experience in international IT, transformation, or template‑based projects
Strong analytical, structured, and solution‑oriented mindset
Very good communication, moderation, and training skills

Salary package and benefits : The collective minimum monthly salary for this position is € 3.802,93 (monthly gross salary). Willingness to overpayment depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
