Job Description:
On behalf of our client, a 4*S Hotel in Upper Austria, Austria, we are looking for a Pastry Chef!
Key Responsibilities:
 * Responsibility for desserts, pastries, etc.
 * Ensuring a smooth execution of daily kitchen tasks
 * Compliance with prescribed HACCP guidelines
 * Live cooking at the buffet
 * Responsibility for a station
 * Guiding an apprentice/intern
 * Proper handling of food
 * Working according to our standards and checklists
 * Participation in daily kitchen briefings and regular training sessions
Ideal Candidate Profile:
 * Completed training in the kitchen or
 * Work experience as a patissier/confectioner in upscale hospitality
 * Very good knowledge of German and English
 * Organizational skills, team spirit, and leadership qualities
 * Friendly and warm demeanor
