Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, inspirational, and experienced manager responsible to the General Manager for overseeing the National Ambulance Control Centres.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the operation of ACC, ensuring performance targets on service delivery are met while maintaining staff wellbeing.
2. Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams, demonstrating exceptional personnel management skills.
3. Work independently with sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
4. Contribute as a key member of the ACC Senior Leadership Team, with significant management experience in similar organizations.
5. Proven track record of performance delivery, people management, and partnership working.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Location Details:
The base location for this post will be Edinburgh or Glasgow, as agreed with the successful candidate.
