SAP HCM Process and System Expert (f/m/x)
Are you an expert in SAP HCM and eager to further develop HR processes from an IT perspective? In this position, you will act as the interface between HR and IT, shape the digital HR system landscape, and ensure smooth and efficient processes.
Responsibilities:
* Support and further development of SAP HCM with a focus on Organizational Management, Payroll, and Time Management
* Analysis, optimization, and implementation of IT-supported HR processes
* Participation in SAP HCM transformation projects, such as system migrations or upgrades
* Close collaboration with HR and IT teams to ensure optimal system usage
* Support and training of key users on process- and system-relevant topics
* Ensuring global HR-IT standards and harmonization of HR systems
Requirements:
* Completed education in IT or several years of relevant experience in SAP HCM
* Knowledge of HR processes (especially payroll and time management)
* Affinity for IT and interest in the further development of HR systems
* Experience with Jira & Confluence is an advantage
* Analytical and structured working style, combined with strong communication skills
* Excellent German and English language skills

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): € 3.900 to€ 5.000.
