Job Description
Advise national and international clients on corporate acquisitions, divestitures and equity structures.
Structure, negotiate and execute complex transactions, often with cross‑border focus.
Create and review transaction documents (SPA, Joint‑Venture agreements, due‑diligence reports).
Support venture‑capital investments and growth financing.
Collab with interdisciplinary teams in Corporate, Regulatory, Finance and Tax.
Actively contribute to development of existing client relationships and business development.
The Successful Applicant
Completed legal studies and passed the bar exam.
Several years of experience in Corporate/M&A, preferably in a commercial‑law firm.
Strong business understanding and interest in innovative, growth‑driven sectors.
Negotiation‑level German and English skills.
Proactive, structured and solution‑oriented working style.
