The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This position acts as a consultant to management on human resource related issues, serving as a change agent and employee chion. The HRBP formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
This position requires strong cross team collaboration across multiple functions and close partnership with HR teammates across Villach and Salzburg and in the US. This position is opened in Villach, Austria.
As Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in the Austria HR Team, you will collaborate with your internal clients in developing and delivering people solutions to business needs.
1. Partner with leadership to develop and implement effective organizational and people related strategies
2. Collaborate with your internal clients to chion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results
3. Deliver people solutions to creatively solve business challenges in areas such as employee engagement, workforce planning, cultural change, compensation review and change management
4. Guide and coach people managers on how to appropriately manage and resolve people or organizational challenges (e.g. performance management, conflict management, retention)
5. Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations
