Our client, an internationally operating company, is looking for a committed professional to further develop and manage its global HR systems landscape and to lead group-wide HR projects. In this role, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and actively contribute to the digital transformation of the HR function.
Aufgabengebiet
Managing, further developing and implementing HR systems and digital tools in an international environment
Supporting the standardization and optimization of global HR processes across the employee lifecycle
Coordinating and managing HR system rollouts across multiple countries and business units
Acting as a key interface between HR, IT, external service providers and key users
Supporting system configurations, testing activities and releases
Training and providing ongoing support to HR users and key users
Ensuring data quality, compliance (e.g. GDPR) and adherence to internal standards
Contributing to HR reporting and analytics initiatives
Leading selected global HR projects (e.g. employee surveys)
Anforderungsprofil
Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or a comparable field
Several years of experience in HR systems (HRIS) or HR project management, ideally in an international environment
Hands-on experience in the implementation and support of HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or similar)
Strong project management and coordination skills
High level of IT affinity and a solid understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle
Structured and analytical working style with a strong focus on data quality and processes
Excellent English skills; German is an advantage

Annual gross salary starting from €55,000, with willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience
