The Assistant to the Board* plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless organisational, administrative and communication processes at the highest leadership level. This position acts as a trusted partner to the Board, managing complex priorities, coordinating strategic tasks and serving as a central interface for internal and international stakeholders. With a high degree of professionalism, discretion and structure, the role supports effective decision‑making and contributes to the smooth running of executive operations.
Providing proactive, high‑level organisational and administrative support to the Executive Board
Serving as a central communication interface and trusted point of contact for enquiries from international stakeholders and internal management
Managing complex calendars, travel arrangements and appointments with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
Ensuring the confidential handling of sensitive information and proactive communication management
Coordinating and prioritising complex tasks, including structured support for projects
Preparing precise and reliable minutes at Executive Board meetings
Planning, organising and following up on internal and external meetings, off‑sites and corporate events
Creating and delivering well‑structured presentations, analytical statistics, decision‑making documents and reports
Several years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable high‑responsibility role
Business‑fluent English; German language skills are an advantage
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
Exceptional organisational abilities paired with clear, confident communication
Strong presence and professionalism when interacting with senior executives, including in fast‑moving or complex environments
A high level of discretion and loyalty, a hands‑on mindset, and a strong sense of personal accountability
Resilience, adaptability and a high degree of empathy
