Join our dynamic team as a Financial Analyst (m/f/d) for Energy Projects where you will play a crucial role in supporting and executing the proposal process with sales calculations and financial analysis. You will collaborate with Technical Bid Management and Engineering, Sales, Regional Entities and other central functions. Your analytical skills will shine as you assess costs, pricing factors and financial operations, providing valuable input for proposals of Energy Projects. Together, we will improve financial processes and drive the digitalization in Commercial Bid Management, making a significant impact on our operations.
How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Support and execute sales calculations and processes in alignment with Technical Bid Management, Engineering, Sales, Regional Entities and other central functions.
2. Implement concepts related to taxes, currencies, guarantees, financing, and review terms and conditions.
3. Engage in risk management by identifying, mitigating, and calculating potential risks.
4. Analyze costs and financial processes and provide input for productivity measures.
5. Improve financial processes and support the digitalization in Commercial Bid Management.
What You Bring
6. Apprenticeship, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration, with 1-3 years of experience in financing, controlling, sales, bid management, project management, or product costing.
7. A solid understanding of financial processes.
8. Excellent time management skills, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
9. Ability to work effectively in multinational and multicultural teams; fluent English and German skills are required.
10. A motivated and inspiring approach, demonstrating initiative and results orientation, along with strong networking and team skills.
11. Above-average IT skills
