Your Role
As a
Junior
Financial Controller
, you will support our finance and management team in ensuring accurate project controlling, reporting, and smooth financial processes. You'll work independently on defined areas while collaborating closely with our external accounting partner.
Your main tasks
* Preparation of reports, forecasts, and plan–actual comparisons for management
* Execution of standard financial analyses and maintenance and creation of controlling tools
* Support in invoicing, payment tracking, and dunning
* Master Data Management in our ERP system (Odoo) and process documentation
* Preparing and sending Customer reports
Your Profile
* Completed commercial education (University/FH or HAK) and
1–3 years of relevant experience
in Finance or Controlling
* Confident communication in
English (company language)
and
German
* Sound
Excel
skills; experience with
ERP systems
(Odoo is a plus)
* Accurate, reliable, and structured working style with a hands-on attitude
* Team-oriented personality with curiosity to learn and grow

Salary & Working Time
* Collective agreement:
Information & Consulting (VG III)
* Gross monthly salary (full-time 40 h, 14×): €2,500 – €3,000
, depending on qualification and experience

pro-rated
for part-time employment (20 – 30 h/week)
