Your areas of impact
* Work together with a global team to introduce new systems to the market for the assembly of leading-edge products such as high-power CPUs and high-bandwidth memory.
* Participate in R&D projects related to product definition, requirement analysis, and conduct in-house as well as customer trials.
* Contribute to product and problem solutions through a structured transfer of knowledge between the product line, R&D team, and regional support centers, leveraging your comprehensive technical expertise.
* Conduct assessments, benchmarks, and demonstrations to ensure our systems remain up-to-date.
* Support Sales and Customer Project Managers during pre-sales activities.
* Provide training on existing and future platforms to service engineers and customers.
Your capacity for excellence
* Completed studies at a university or technical college, or relevant work experience in a technical field, preferably in technical support.
* High level of commitment, dedication, and flexibility.
* Customer-oriented mindset and proactive approach.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Strong language skills in German and English.
* Willingness to travel internationally (Asia, USA, EU).
