As Customer Service Manager at CANAL you lead a performance‑driven service model globally connected focused on efficiency customer satisfaction and revenue potential.
Your mission :
* Think end‑to‑end : from the first click to the final thank you.
* Turn the call center into a profit center focused on sales satisfaction and budget.
* Manage an outsourced international call center with around 20 employees you lead the cooperation guide the managers and take ownership of goals quality and performance.
* Take responsibility for international projects and collaborate closely with CANAL Customer Service Managers across Europe and beyond.
* Be hands‑on during UEFA matchdays as supervisor and fan.
Your success will be measurable and visible :
* Budget ownership & savings
* Customer satisfaction via NPS CSAT and CES
* Sales performance through inbound sales and customer retention
What you bring :
* Very good English skills (our business language) and German skills .
* A hands‑on mindset and genuine interest in streaming TV and sports.
* Empathy curiosity and a drive to improve things.
* Passion for international collaboration and project ownership.
* Ideally : experience in customer service. Bonus points for education experience and curiosity in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
