YOUR TASKS
* COORDINATION of internal and external meetings, trips, and events
* ENSURING professional scheduling and catering for meetings
* RESPONSIBILITY for the operational readiness of our pool vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tire changes, and booking systems
* COORDINATION and independent execution of orders, both for day‑to‑day office operations and for special occasions such as Christmas and promotional gifts
* RECORDING and filing of hand delivery notes
* PROCESSING of expense reports and administration of time recording
* DESIGN and revision of presentations
* SHAPING the mobility of the future
YOUR PROFILE
* Current studies (university of applied sciences, technical university, or similar)
* Professional experience in a comparable position desirable
* Very good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint
* Very good German skills and good English skills
* Structured, efficient, and organized way of working
* Communication and teamwork skills
Our location is very well connected to public transport and only a 5‑minute walk from Mödling railway station.
The salary for 20 hours per week is € 1,519 gross per month.
