We Need You For
* Support distributor and customer meetings, trade fairs and events both nationally and internationally.
* Prepare and follow up on presentations and reports for internal events.
* Act as a contact person for internal enquiries and collect customer and distributor data.
* Manage documents such as contracts, certificates and other materials.
* Create CRM and training materials for the sales team and other stakeholders.
* Maintain customer and distributor data in the CRM system.
* Proactively support the international sales team with administrative matters.
Your Profile
* At least 2–4 years of professional experience in a similar role.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
* Experience in event management.
* Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system is an advantage.
* Highly structured, analytical, and self‑directed working style.
* Excellent German and English proficiency; additional foreign languages are a plus.
* Committed and open personality with a high degree of team spirit.
Your salary will be based on the collective agreement for a full‑time position (collective agreement for crafts and trades). Your actual salary will depend on your previous experience and qualifications.
