Job description
We are looking for a IT Coordinator/Project Manager - F/M/X to work on the coordination of service provision and operational matters. This position is based in Eisenstadt.
🔥 Your missions:
* Act as the coordination hub for operational issues, serving as the main interface for all involved teams (internal/external) and partner companies
* Prioritize activities in line with customer needs, ensuring the right things are done at the right time
* Assist teams and companies in resolving operational challenges
* Identify when projects require additional resources or need to be rescheduled
* Organize and lead regular meetings with key personnel
* Oversee procurement of workstation devices/systems in consultation with the client and contractor
* Monitor compliance with all specifications and processes according to BHB standards
* Track and analyze database entries and specific reports
* Gain first-hand insight into individual issues and operational challenges
* Identify bottlenecks, major technical problems, or needs for process changes
* Highlight key issues and collaborate with the customer to review and implement possible improvement measures
🎯 Your profile:
* You have an academic background in business administration, project management, or a related field
* You have at least 3 years of experience in project management
* You are fluent in German
* You have IT affinity or basic IT understanding
* You have a reliable, proactive and independent working style
* You want to learn and adapt to new challenges
* You are a team player with strong communication skills and customer orientation
