Job Description
Leadership of the Finance, Controlling, and Accounting department as well as the strategic development of these areas
Management and development of the team to ensure efficient processes and optimal collaboration
Responsibility for financial planning and budgeting for Anton Paar GmbH and its subsidiaries
Oversight of liquidity planning and reporting to provide a solid financial decision-making foundation
Implementation and continuous optimization of financial processes and tools in close collaboration with the process team
Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the areas of compliance & risk management
Active involvement in financial projects to support strategic corporate goals
Key interface between management and the holding company
Qualifications
Successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or Controlling
Several years of leadership experience in a financial management role
Profound knowledge of accounting, controlling, and financial management
Excellent SAP skills (SAP FI CO) and experience with modern financial tools
Strong leadership skills, outstanding communication abilities, and a hands‑on mentality
Fluent in German and English
