We are looking for a Store Manager (m/w/d) to support our team. As a store manager, you will be responsible for the business management of the shop. You should have knowledge of business management figures and have a great interest in professional, textile merchandising. You should also have the ability to build and motivate a great, homogeneous team with your positive nature.

Your tasks:
* coordinate daily business
* develop your team through training and guidance
* merchandising - implementation of presentation guidelines
* plan activities in the shop

Your qualifications:
* completed commercial training
* relevant experience in the textile retail sector and preferably shop management experience
* affinity for numbers and good commercial behavior/thinking
* leadership qualities and high social competence
* great interest in fashion and trends
* team player and good communication skills
* familiarity with the Microsoft Office package
