Your Tasks
* Develop the global strategy for processes and data for, among others, the focus area of transportation in collaboration with the Senior Process Manager
* Ensure standardized data collection, data handling and system entry to allow for a focus on decision making
* Ensure knowledge build up and sharing across regions & sites
* Design and maintain standardized processes and escalation governance
* Lead process modeling, documentation, and training of local experts during rollouts
Your Qualifications
* Academic degree or proven track record in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
* Strong analytical mindset with skills in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
* Demonstrated capability in process design, problem solving, and structured implementation
* Great interest in the conception and implementation of new processes; organized and hands-on working style
* Proficient in English and German; willingness to travel occasionallly

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is
EUR 53 241,02
based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
