We are looking for a proactive and creative Internal Communications Specialist to manage and develop CCHBC Hungary's internal communication activities. You will create engaging content, run communication campaigns, support leadership visibility and help strengthen employee engagement across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Communications & Events
* Support and execute internal communication strategies.
* Lead internal communication campaigns to increase understanding of key initiatives.
* Partner with frontline leaders, Change Leaders and senior leadership to deliver timely updates.
* Organise internal events, Townhalls, QBBs, leadership communications and workshops.
* Work with external agencies and partners, providing clear briefs and coordination.
Content Creation
* Produce engaging written and visual content for newsletters, intranet, social media, videos and internal events.
* Gather stories and insights from across the organisation.
* Ensure content aligns with brand and communication guidelines.
Digital Communication
* Focus on digital channels (Refresh, Viva Engage), promoting strong adoption.
* Contribute to the digital communication strategy and annual activity plan.
* Manage Costa Coffee Talks content calendar and production.
* Lead digital content creation (podcasts, videos) and maximise reach & engagement.
Employee Engagement
* Partner with People & Culture on People Agenda initiatives.
* Support recognition, appreciation and feedback programmes.
* Monitor employee sentiment and engagement opportunities.
* Support engagement surveys and follow-up actions.
Measurement & Planning
* Track KPIs for communication and engagement.
* Provide insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness.
* Contribute to annual business planning and deliver the aligned IC plan.
* Monitor IC budget and ensure efficient allocation.
* Collaborate closely with the CA&S team and support team culture.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in PR, Marketing, Journalism or related fields.
* 2–3 years of experience in Internal Comms, content creation or journalism.
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills in Hungarian and English.
* Strong storytelling, creativity and attention to detail.
* Digital skills; experience with multimedia tools (video, podcast) is a plus.
* Strong organisational and project management abilities.
* Team player with accountability, flexibility and a proactive mindset.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
