What To Expect
* Support the central embedded insurance team as well as local and affinity insurance teams with data-driven reports and actionable recommendations
* Develop, maintain, and further enhance embedded insurance pricing and demand models, including structured competitor analysis and competitor modeling
* Conduct structured market monitoring and manage market prices and discounts in close coordination with relevant internal stakeholders
* Use and continuously improve analysis and reporting tools to monitor and visualize conversion-related KPIs
* Analyze and optimize conversion rates across the entire customer journey
* Analyze, visualize, and present results clearly and convincingly to management
* Actively contribute to pricing governance and the ongoing optimization of pricing processes
What We Expect
* Completed degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a comparable field, preferably with a focus on actuarial mathematics
* Several years of relevant professional experience in pricing, price optimization, market analysis, or pricing strategy
* Strong knowledge of developing and applying demand and market pricing models, including competitor modeling
* Experience with relevant tools and programming languages (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python)
* Strong analytical mindset with a structured and solution-oriented way of working
* Team player with initiative and enthusiasm for innovative and data-driven solutions
* Fluent in English; German and/or any Central or Eastern European language is a strong plus
