In April 2025, the WWH Group acquired the international project business of VAMED Engineering from Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA in Vienna, Austria.
What began with a clear vision has developed into an international success story:
Since 1984, VAMED Engineering has advanced the development, construction, and management of healthcare facilities worldwide. With more than 1,000 successfully executed projects in over 98 countries, VAMED ranks among the world’s leading partners for integrated healthcare solutions.
Worldwide Hospitals (WWH) is a globally recognized leader in modular hospital solutions on land and at sea. As an international healthcare company, our mission is to provide flexible, mobile hospital solutions of the highest medical standards — wherever and whenever they are required around the world.
Through the combination of WWH and VAMED, a strong new entity has been created — uniting cutting-edge medical infrastructure with extensive international project expertise.
This strategic step not only paves the way for enhanced development opportunities and access to new markets, but also opens attractive career prospects within a globally active, future-oriented corporate environment.
