For our Operations Quality Assurance Team in Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria), we are currently looking for a:
Teamlead Quality Assurance, 60-100% (f/m/x)
What's it all about?
1. You lead the Quality Assurance team to ensure a working quality process for our products.
2. You serve as the first point of contact for advice, concerns, problems, and general feedback within the team.
3. You lead and empower your team in its professional development and engagement and foster a strong collaboration within the team and its different interfaces.
4. You work together with our worldwide QM team and process managers in strategic development of the quality relevant processes, used tools & infrastructure, and in extending and improving our quality management system.
5. You work on daily team goals like creating and monitoring inspections, tests, and audits, and you, together with your team, are the focal point for customer and supplier complaints, CARs, and improvements.
What are we looking for?
1. You bring proven leadership experience as a project leader, team lead, or functional lead, embodying human-centric leadership principles and values.
2. You have several years of experience in Quality Assurance, QM systems, ISO 9001 standards, and systematics, including setup and execution of audits.
3. You have a solid understanding of both preventive and reactive (or corrective) quality processes—from structured risk identification and mitigation to handling non-conformities, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
4. You possess a technical understanding, ideally in the field of electronics and mechanics.
5. You excel in communication and organization, with the ability to navigate team challenges with empathy.
6. You are passionate about networking and maintaining strong interfaces with other teams.
7. You think strategically, work in a structured manner, and bring excellent quality awareness.
8. You are proficient in both German and English.
