Microsoft 365 Application Expert (m/f/d) Communication & Collaboration
You are part of a dynamic & innovative team, driving workplace modernization across the company. As a Microsoft 365 Application Expert, you will support the company in the implementation of Microsoft 365 products in the area of communication & collaboration and ensure that our employees have the best experience with these products.
Responsibilities:
* Evaluation, selection, and introduction of suitable Microsoft 365 products
* Elevation of the requirements together with the business departments incl. technology consulting
* Adoption & change management for the introduced products
* Participation in the operational management of Microsoft 365 products (Microsoft Teams, Teams Telephony, SharePoint Online)
* Independent responsibility for the successful implementation of projects
Requirements:
* A completed education (HTL, FH, University) in the field of IT or similar
* Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Cloud Services (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
* Enthusiasm for new technologies (AI like ChatGPT, Teams Apps, etc)
* Engaging personality with an interest in learning new things
* Independent, process- and solution-oriented way of working
* Good knowledge of English
