Sensore, part of the DwyerOmega Group, is seeking an organized and customer-oriented Sales Administrator (m/f/d) to strengthen our Sales & Marketing team in Klosterneuburg. This position is a key role supporting sales operations, customer experience, and order management in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Sensore develops and manufactures electronic sensors and electronic assemblies, specializing in gas sensing solutions that are supplied worldwide to a wide range of industries. As a Sales Administrator, you will act as an important interface between customers, sales, production, and internal teams. You will ensure that orders are processed accurately and on time, support sales reporting and forecasting, and deliver excellent customer service throughout the entire order lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities
* Processing customer orders in ERP and CRM systems while ensuring accurate data entry
* First point of contact for customer inquiries and order-related questions
* Close coordination with production and planning teams to ensure on-time manufacturing and delivery
* Organizing shipping, invoicing, preparation of proforma invoices, and conducting credit checks
* Supporting sales teams with reporting, forecasting, pipeline data, and KPI tracking
* Maintaining customer data, price lists, discounts, and sales-related documentation
* Operational support for Sales Engineering, including backup for quotation preparation and data entry in Salesforce
What We Are Looking For
* ERP/SAP knowledge: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience working with SAP or a comparable ERP system; SAP experience is strongly preferred
* Relevant professional experience in sales administration, customer service, or a commercial role (highly desirable)
* Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
* Confident communication skills, along with very good written and spoken German and English
* Proficiency in Excel and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce knowledge is an advantage)
* Strong customer orientation and the ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams

Salary
* Collective agreement salary according to the Metal Industry Agreement, Grade Group III/2: EUR 2,918.34 gross per month
* The salary will be determined based on the collective agreement, taking into account your qualifications, skills, and relevant experience
