Your Team And Your Responsibilities
Toyota Parts Centre Austria ensures availability and delivery of parts and accessories for TOYOTA and LEXUS vehicles in Austria.
Your Responsibilities
* Planning and daily coordination of your employees and equipment in your area of responsibility. Ensuring all workflows in the areas of goods receipt, goods issue as well as inventory and stock transfer actions.
* Timely and proper execution of all physical and system-side processes including elimination of systemic or process-related disruptive factors.
* Ensuring quality and productivity targets.
* Constant review of existing workflows and implementation of the identified optimization potential, taking into account Kaizen planning.
* Day-related coordination and coordination of processes between the warehouse and the forwarding service provider.
* Responsible for the management of subordinates in line with the Toyota management principles.
* In cooperation with Human Resources, coordination and implementation of personnel measures (e.g. promotion, assessment).
* Responsible for the creation and evaluation of all relevant information (status information, regular target/actual comparisons, daily reports) in your area of responsibility.
* Monitoring, compliance and improvement of safety regulations according to UVV as well as Toyota's internal Health & Safety regulations.
* Responsible for order and cleanliness in your area of responsibility (5S).
* Advisory function of the management in case of problems that arise, as well as mediation between team leaders and colleagues.
Your Profile
* German mother tongue level and a very good knowledge of the English language, written as well as spoken.
* You are a team leader or supervisor.
* You have experience in logistics or production and a good understanding of workflows and process optimizations.
* You have excellent communication skills and can lead meetings, presentations, briefings, and one-on-one meetings.
* You are very good at dealing with challenging situations and have good and positive motivational skills.
* You have an empathetic leadership style.
* You have good time management skills and are able to manage other people's time accordingly.
* Safety Must and Customer First approach!
* You know the key principles of Toyota (Toyota Way, TPS).
* Very good knowledge of MS Office.
