What you’ll do
* Act as a trusted finance partner for cost centres, capital investments, projects, inventory and windchill change orders.
* Lead and support annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting process across assigned areas.
* Partner with the business to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and support improvement initiatives.
* Support full cycle of capital (planning, tracking, and post‑investment).
* Monitor inventory and communicate financial implications and opportunities by partnering with local supply chain.
* Contribute to continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, reporting and data accuracy.
* Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and reporting requirements.
* Execute deliverables in a consistent, timely, and accurate manner.
* Play a key role in month‑end activities by executing journal entries, performing variance analysis, and preparing reports.
What you bring
* Degree in Finance (or similar), with approximately 5+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in FP&A.
* Experience in manufacturing or operations finance is a plus, but not essential.
* Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
* Ability to translate financial data into clear insights for different audiences.
* Confidence working with systems and data (e.g., SAP, Dodeca/Essbase, Excel and Power BI).
* Strong collaboration and communication skills.
* Ability to manage priorities and navigate a dynamic environment and high‑pressure situations.
* Fluent English.
