Key responsibilities
* Perform testing of semiconductor devices on Automated Test Equipment after reliability stress test.
* Operate complex Test Equipment: Set up and run test systems and associated handlers/loaders/probers, ensuring correct configuration according to test specifications. Plan the work weekly by booking the relevant equipment.
* Follow Test Plans and Procedures: Interpret reliability test plans and work instructions. Ensure all steps are carried out accurately and consistently.
* Data Collection and Documentation: Record test results and deviations in designated systems. Ensure accurate labeling and traceability of lots and samples.
* Support activities in the Reliability Lab: preparing samples for stress tests, loading and unloading of samples from ovens and boards, samples archiving.
Qualifications and skills
* Completed school or vocational training
* Good technical understanding
General requirements
* Minimum age of 18 years
* German knowledge (at least B1)
* Good technical understanding and Basic Computer Skills (comfortable using data entry tools, logging systems, and reading simple test reports).
* German- and English knowledge
* Willingness to work in shifts (late and/or night shift)
* Team player and communicates proactively: Work closely with Reliability Engineers, Test Engineers, and Production teams to ensure smooth re-test operations and timely completion of stress lots.
* Ownership: High sense of responsibility for lot handling, data accuracy, and on-time execution.
* Attention to Detail: Ability to handle sensitive samples and follow procedures precisely to avoid mix‑ups or test escapes.
* Willingness to learn
* Follow safety, ESD and 5S methodology.
* Flexible in terms of changes (including coverage or priorities).
What we offer
* 37,5 hours per week
* Working schedule: Monday – Friday shift operations (late and/or night)
* Competitive wage and benefits based on your performance
* Employment is in accordance with the collective agreement for employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group A, monthly gross wage including allowances approx. EUR 2 700,- for the first month. Further increases will take place thereafter.
