What You’ll Do
Lead & Inspire: Mentor and motivate your team to achieve sales goals and deliver an unforgettable luxury experience.
Client Excellence: Build strong client relationships and foster a culture of personalised service and clientelling.
Drive Results: Implement business strategies, analyse performance, and exceed sales targets.
Operational Excellence: Oversee store operations including visual merchandising, inventory, compliance, and standards.
Strategic Growth: Contribute to business planning, brand presence, and local market initiatives.
Event Leadership: Plan and deliver exclusive client events that enhance sales and brand loyalty.

You are an experienced retail leader who thrives in luxury environments and knows how to balance operational excellence with a client‑first approach. You bring:
Proven success in retail management with strong sales results.

Flexibility to work across a rotating roster (Monday to Sunday).
