Responsibilities

* For Corporates, Financial Institutions, and Public Sector: providing a global advisory approach (M&A, debt, equity transactions, capital structure, and asset & liability management), as well as quality capital raising solutions across the debt and equity spectrum, optimized financing, and expert risk management responses, notably in foreign exchange and rates derivatives.
* For Investors: offering reliable investment opportunities and risk management solutions through its integrated global markets platform, delivering seamless access to markets (equity, rates, credit, currencies, commodities, derivatives), along with advice, financial engineering, quality execution, research, industry-leading clearing, and prime brokerage services.
Mission
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Country Head in a part-time capacity.
Tasks and Responsibilities
* Manage expenses for the Country Head (GEMS, DFIN).
* Coordinate with the Country Head and management to understand requirements for client meetings and interactions, organizing them efficiently.
* Organize internal and external meetings/events.
* Attend to guests.
* Respond to client and head office queries regarding meetings and travel arrangements.
* Maintain confidentiality of the Country Head’s activities.
* Manage the calendar and diary for the Country Head, connecting with regional assistants, SG head office, and other units.
* Arrange travel, including hotel reservations, flights, and conference registrations for SG Vienna staff.
* Maintain confidential files and records.
* Develop creative solutions to organizational issues and opportunities.
* Set up systems to prioritize the workload of the Country Head.
* Take minutes and centralize agendas for meetings chaired by the Country Head (e.g., Exco).
* Review documents on an ad hoc basis.
* Seek continuous improvements to make activities more organized and efficient.
* Coordinate with facilities, entrance, carrier deliveries, and marketing teams as needed.
* Collaborate with SG Paris on hotel negotiations and marketing orders.
* Manage Austrian content on SG websites.
* Exhibit professionalism, calmness, and warmth in interactions.
Profile Required
Studies & Experience
* Graduate-level education.
* Extensive experience in a similar role is advantageous.
Language Skills
* German proficiency (C1-C2).
* English proficiency (C1-C2).
* French language skills are highly welcome.
Technical, Operational & Soft Skills
* Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
