Responsibilities
Coach and advise leaders and employees on person‑related decisions, employee development, retention and performance; support change processes.
Participate in the full recruitment process – from needs assessment through selection and hiring.
Own the execution of all HR processes across the entire Employee Life Cycle.
Create actionable decision foundations for management on all legal labour‑rights questions.
Lead strategically relevant HR projects and operational implementation.
Qualifications
Completed studies with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable education.
Several years of experience in the HR field, especially as an HR Business Partner.
In‑depth knowledge of core HR topics such as performance management, compensation & benefits and Austrian labour law.
Strong communication skills combined with high social competence.
High initiative, dedication, team spirit and thorough, reliable working style.
