About Us: At Lingvano, our mission is to break down language barriers and build bridges between Deaf and hearing people through sign language courses, Deaf culture lessons, sharing stories from the Deaf community, and community-building activities.
Role Overview: With 3 million learners and a vision to reach many more, we are seeking a Head of Marketing to expand our strategy and team. If you have a strong track record in growing consumer tech startups, are entrepreneurial, strategic, and care about accessibility and inclusion – this is the job for you!
What you will do:
1. Oversee performance marketing channels (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, etc.) and CRM (email, push, in-app).
2. Manage paid partnership marketing (affiliate, influencer, newsletters, podcasts) and PR.
3. Handle organic marketing channels (search, social media).
4. Collaborate with product marketing and CRO teams.
5. Work with business operations to develop data insights.
6. Own Go-To-Market, brand positioning, and creative strategies.
7. Lead and hire a team of 7, with plans to expand in 2025.
8. Align team objectives with company goals and ensure execution.
9. Communicate with leadership and support executive planning.
What you should bring:
1. 7+ years in digital product marketing, including 3+ in management.
2. Proven success in scaling paid marketing against CAC/ROAS targets.
3. Experience in apps, preferably in education.
4. Skills in CRM, organic, and partnership marketing.
5. Strong collaboration, leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
6. Passion for accessibility and inclusion, with interest in learning sign language and working with Deaf people.

This position is permanent, full-time (40 hours/week), based in Austria or remote within the EU. Immediate start preferred but not required.
The gross salary starts at €70,000/year, with potential for higher compensation based on experience and performance.
