Your position:
As a Payroll Intern, you will report directly to the department team leader.
You will provide support in various payroll and personnel administration processes, developing practical skills in a professional environment.
Your tasks:
* Support in pre-payroll and payroll processes
* Support in weekly and monthly reports to different agencies in Canada
* Support in the process of paying union dues in Canada
* Support in staff onboarding and offboarding processes
* Participation in meetings and calls with the Payroll North America team
* Support in the integration of the payroll system
Requirements:
* Active student pursuing a bachelor's degree in psychology, administration, human resources, or a related field.
* Must have valid health insurance.
* Availability to work from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. in person.
* Proficiency in basic Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Desirable: Advanced written and spoken English, basic knowledge of administration.
