Your responsibilities
* Provide strategic support to the VP Corporate Marketing & Communications in planning, structuring, and monitoring the global marketing agenda, including defining objectives, tracking performance, and preparing decision-relevant analyses and presentations
* Manage the calendar, travel arrangements, and correspondence of the VP Corporate Marketing & Communications to ensure efficient scheduling, professional communication, and smooth daily operations
* Oversee the global marketing budget and portfolio by coordinating planning and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines, and identifying opportunities for optimization and cost efficiency
* Coordinate and prioritize strategic initiatives, meetings, and cross-functional projects within the VP CMC area to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely execution
* Design and implement formats, tools, and events that foster collaboration, engagement, and knowledge sharing across the global marketing and communications community
Your Qualifications
* Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field
* Several years of relevant experience, ideally in marketing strategy, project management or other strategic coordination roles; working experience with C-Level leaders a plus
* Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point, and experienced in project management tools
* Excellent organizational skills, structured working style, and the ability to manage multiple priorities as well as well as a strong analytical mindset and discrete handling of sensitive information
* Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 46.614,68 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
