The purpose of this internship is to provide day-to-day operational support to the team, stepping in to assist individual colleagues during peak project phases. In this role, you'll help execute routine tasks, maintain documentation, support event preparation and execution, and provide general administrative assistance.
Throughout your six-month internship, starting in January/February 2026, you'll gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute directly to the smooth delivery of our projects and events.

1. In this internship, you'll help during peak periods to handle day-to-day tasks and assist with meetings, workshops, presentations and filing.
2. You'll support hands-on in the execution of events, back-office, as well as on-site assistance on tasks as needed.
3. In this exciting role, you'll coordinate shipping and logistics. Therefore, you'll create labels, pack lists, and track inbound as well as outbound shipments.
4. You'll produce simple reports like registration/attendance, budget vs. actuals and post-event summaries.
