Brand Manager COPD & Biologics – Austria

You can contribute your ideas and skills with enthusiasm and competence to improve patients’ lives in the fields of COPD.


Responsibilities

* Be the product-, competitor- and market-expert for two brands.
* Lead one established brand and lead all launch activities for a new brand which will enter the market in 2027.
* Analyze market data and competitive dynamics, build long-range forecasts for our brands. This includes leading the MTP process together with the Franchise Lead for each brand in the portfolio.
* Align the global strategic brand plans with local customer & market insights to develop tailored and successful local brand strategy, brand messages and tactical plans.
* Develop content strategy and lead execution of multi-channel marketing mix and roll out key projects developed with cross-functional input including promotional material, congress activity, events for HCPs, etc.
* Drive omni-channel campaigns with consideration of a 360-degree view (F2F, digital, printed material) focusing on routing offline to online via QR codes & short links.
* Develop and manage execution of a measurement plan for each brand in portfolio. Present regularly our business results vs. budget/KPIs, market understanding and insights to Senior business leaders at all levels in the organization.
* Plan marketing spend to ensure minimal variance vs budget.
* Collaborate closely with Sales Force to understand their needs and develop appropriate strategy, guidance, training, and support for their benefit.
* Follow and share digital trends within and outside pharma. Identify scale-up projects from other markets, implement, and share best practices.


Qualifications

* Experience in Marketing or Sales
* Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a strong plus
* Good strategic and analytical qualities
* Hands-on experience in implementing and delivering marketing campaigns with digital assets/channels
* Good project management skills
* Excellent ability to work in a team and experience in building networks
* Exceptional communication skills
* Open mindset to break new ground to drive business growth
* Open to learning, feedback and coaching
* Fluent in both German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
* Able to showcase patient centricity in keeping the patient at the forefront of every interaction
* MS Office skills

* A starting salary from € 81,964 annual gross. Depending on qualifications and experience, an overpayment is possible. Participation in the company's success through bonus payments is a matter of course, as are company cars and company mobile phones.
