Overview
We are looking for a GTM Engineer / BDR who will not only help shape and build our go-to-market motion, but also actively bring it to life in the market. In this role, you combine technical execution skills, structured outbound, and direct sales work.
You will develop outreach campaigns, build the workflows and tools needed to run them, and actively engage in outbound prospecting yourself — via email, LinkedIn, and phone. At the same time, you will help us continuously improve our GTM processes, demos, automations, and sales structure.
In a small team, this means one thing: you are both a builder and an operator. You build systems, test new approaches, and execute them directly in the market.
What you bring
* You are not afraid of cold outreach and enjoy proactively approaching potential customers.
* You can write strong outbound messages and understand how to create interest in just a few sentences.
* You work in a structured, data-driven way and enjoy experimenting with new approaches.
* You have a solid technical understanding and can quickly get familiar with products, workflows, and tools.
* You are able to work independently and take ownership in a small team.
* You recognize patterns, think in processes, and want not only to sell, but also to improve systems.
* Very good German and English language skills.
Ideally, you bring two of the following
* A basic IT background (for example, Python skills) and an understanding of SaaS, API, software, or AI products (e.g., HTL or IT-HAK diploma).
* First experience as an SDR, BDR, GTM Engineer, Sales Engineer, or in a similar role.
* First experience with outbound tools, CRM systems, and automations.
* First experience with email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling.
* First experience with tools such as HubSpot, Clay, Lemlist, Zapier, or similar systems.

* Number and quality of new outbound contacts
* Reply rates, meeting rates, and qualified opportunities
* Speed and quality in executing new GTM experiments
* Improvements in outreach processes, data quality, and funnel conversion
* Contribution to building a repeatable and scalable outbound motion
