Job Purpose
To be the ambassador who conveys the brand’s philosophy and values. Responsible for maximizing sales performance by fostering customer relationships, developing brand loyalty, providing a unique in-store experience, and guiding clients into our world.
Responsibilities
1. Welcome and serve customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
2. Maintain and develop client relationships through an individual approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage proactively in cross-selling with all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors.
5. Prove strong brand and product knowledge.
6. Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
7. Ensure the shop floor and visual displays are maintained to high standards, complying with operational guidelines and stock procedures.
8. Contribute to high security levels and be attentive to prevent product thefts.
