with strong commercial acumen, strategic foresight and a passion for branding.
Your Responsibilities
Full strategic and operational leadership of the HANRO business
Development and execution of the global brand and sales strategy
Lead and inspire a highly skilled, multicultural team
Oversee and optimize all key business functions (Production, Finance, Sales, Marketing)
Ensure product and service excellence across the entire value chain
Drive innovation, sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate closely with the Group Board on strategic direction and long-term positioning
Represent the HANRO brand both internally and externally with authenticity and confidence
Your Profile
Degree in Business Administration, Textile Management or related field
Proven leadership experience within an international premium brand, ideally in textiles or consumer goods
Strong track record in brand development and business expansion
Strategic thinker with a refined understanding of brand, aesthetics and market dynamics
Exceptional communication, leadership and intercultural skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with decisiveness and accountability
Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
