Qualifications & Responsibilities
* 4+ years’ experience in the social media industry, with in-depth knowledge of best practices, community building and audience engagement strategies on platforms such as Reddit and LinkedIn.
* Strong writing skills in fluent English, with expertise in tone‑of‑voice management and authentic brand storytelling.
* Solid understanding of online culture, fandoms and social media behaviour, enabling the creation of strategies that foster genuine relationships and deepen brand loyalty.
* Creative, proactive and passionate team player with a focus on building meaningful brand‑to‑fan relationships.
* Willingness to explore, innovate and try new approaches while maintaining authenticity and relevance.
* Travel 10‑20%

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.362 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market‑oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
