We are looking for a Jewellery Product Developer with proven experience and a passion for design and innovation, to help us expand our jewellery collections and bring new stories to life. If you have a sharp eye for what’s next in jewellery, strong organizational skills and the ability to bring ideas to life through strong supplier collaboration, this role could be your next adventure.
As a key player in shaping future collections, you will be responsible for taking ideas from concept to production. You will ensure each piece reflects our brand\'s essence: natural beauty, authenticity and lasting value, while expanding our jewellery collections and bringing new stories to life.
Your areas of responsibility
* Research trends to identify new opportunities for Holzkern collections and translate into compelling business cases
* Translate trend insights into clear product development briefs that align with our brand identity
* Build and nurture strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners, ensuring smooth collaboration
* Facilitate effective internal communication and become a trusted partner for all product related questions
* Oversee the development process from concept to finished product, balancing creativity, feasibility and cost efficiency
* Monitor product quality and resolve any challenges during sampling and production
* Keep track of all product specifications, costings and timelines, ensuring deadlines are met

Your profile
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in jewellery product development, production or related field
* Strong technical knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes, materials and finishes
* Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple product timelines
* Eye for detail, creativity and passion for design, innovation within the fashion and jewellery industry
* Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences in the jewellery sector
* Ability to work independently within a project driven environment while coping time pressure and priorities
* Excellent communication and negotiations skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners
* Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
* Fluent in English, any other language is a bonus

* Contract: Fixed-term until March 2026 (extension possible)
* Workplace: Hybrid (Holzkern HQ in Vienna and home office)
* Salary: The salary for this position starts at € 2.800,- per month. Your actual pay will depend on experience and qualifications – we are happy to offer more for exceptional candidates.
