Your role at Dynatrace
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Paid Search (SEM/ C) will manage the day to day activities, including the strategy, planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting of paid search performance. This position will support strategic initiatives that deliver meaningful results, while continuing to evolve caigns in alignment with the media strategy, and working with subject matter experts across other advertising channels.
Responsibilities:
Daily management and hands on optimization of the Google Search Ads and Bing Ads caigns, including creation, implementation, and optimization
Perform keyword research for paid caigns to identify new target keywords in our markets
Monitor, analyze and report caign effectiveness, as well as detailed analysis and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement (e.g., bid testing, AB testing, landing page optimization)
Update and maintain landing pages, ensuring alignment with caign objectives, using a CMS and basic HTML for content adjustments as needed
Support monitoring, managing and pacing high volume media budgets
Create and analyze reports from the paid marketing reporting tools and Power BI with tools like Looker and Excel
Help prepare agendas and presentations, quarterly deep dives, and business reviews
What will help you succeed
1. 5+ years of hands on experience in paid digital marketing with a focus on paid search
2. Bachelor''s degree
3. Strong understanding of the behaviors of search engines, keyword research, and bidding strategies
4. Familiarity with analytics and data visualization platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker, Excel and Power BI
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions
6. Experience working with a CMS and HTML
7. Understanding of user experience and conversion rate optimization techniques
8. Passion for learning the latest paid digital marketing trends and strategies
