QA / QC Manager
Location: Vienna (MUST have an EU Passport)
Lead quality and commissioning on large-scale M&E projects across Europe.
We're seeking a QA / QC Manager to oversee Quality Assurance Quality Control and Commissioning activities on high-value mechanical and electrical construction projects based in Vienna.
This is a pivotal role for an engineer who thrives on technical precision structured delivery and ensuring every project meets the highest international standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead QA / QC strategy from project planning through to client handover
* Develop and implement Quality and Commissioning Plans aligned with ISO 9001
* Conduct installation audits inspections and quality benchmarking
* Manage FATs SATs and all handover documentation
* Lead system walkdowns snagging and structured QA reporting
* Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned across projects
* Collaborate closely with site managers engineers and clients
About You
* Degree-qualified Mechanical or Electrical Engineer (or equivalent)
* 3 years experience in QA / QC commissioning or project engineering within M&E construction
* Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and commissioning processes
* Proactive and organised with strong communication and leadership skills
* Experience in data centres pharma or large-scale infrastructure is advantageous
* Fluent in English (German a plus)
