With over 26,000 students and more than 4000 scientists, research, teaching, and learning dedicated to the advancement of science and technology have been conducted here for more than 200 years, guided by the motto \"Technology for People\". As a driver of innovation, TU Wien fosters close collaboration with business and industry and contributes to the prosperity of society.
At a leading technical university, we are committed to fostering individuals who shape innovation — both by building new ventures and by driving change within established organizations. Our Extended Study Program in Innovation (Intra- & Entrepreneurship) empowers students to translate technological ideas into societal and economic impact.
In this role, you take ownership of the design, delivery, and continuous development of the Extended Study Program “Innovation (Intra- & Entrepreneurship)” in close alignment with the Head of Department.

You ensure a coherent and impactful learning experience across all program elements.
You oversee the operational implementation of the program, contribute to teaching and mentoring, and drive the development of new student-centered formats. In addition, you act as the central representative for student-related innovation and entrepreneurship programs within the department, strengthening their visibility, relevance, and impact. The position combines program ownership, teaching, and community building, requiring initiative, conceptual thinking, and a strong affinity for working with students.
We are looking for a Program Manager who combines academic grounding with practical experience in innovation and entrepreneurship. In close collaboration with the Head of Department, you will shape the program experience, develop innovative learning formats, and serve as the central point of contact for student-focused innovation activities. This role bridges teaching, mentoring, program development, and community building within a dynamic academic environment.
Within the Service Unit of the Innovation Incubation Center at TU Wien, we are offering a position as Program Manager (all genders) Extended Study on Innovation for 40 hours per week. Expected start date: immediately
