Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RF design engineer to join our team in Villach, Austria. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex RF circuits.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Planning, estimating, and executing mixed-signal floorplans for IP macros and subsystems.
* Driving RF full-custom layout implementation, from block level to top level.
* Performing layout verification and ensuring compliance with design and reliability rules.
* Collaborating closely with circuit designers to meet performance- and area targets.
* Coordinating with subsystem and top-level layout teams to ensure seamless integration.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A higher technical School (HTL) / university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable.
* 5+ years of experience in RF full custom layout.
* Good understanding of layout techniques for RF circuits as well as for integrated analog circuits, such as matching, noise, coupling, shielding and IR-drop as well as all kinds of layout dependent effects (LDE) indeep submicron technologies.
* Knowledge of CAD tools for physical design (Cadence, Mentor).
* Unix/Linux OS experience.
* Good English Skills with German Skills as a plus.
