 * Identify and prioritize strategic segments and applications base on market
 * Develop and execute a business development plan for proionic in EMEA
 * Feedback market needs and trends to Product Development and Business
 * Regular customer visits to consolidate existing contacts and actively acquire new customers
 * Build strong customer relationships from sampling to long-term contracts.
 * Lead co-development projects with key players in the value chain (OEMs, converters, integrators).
 * Participation to fairs and conferences
 * Prospection in selected target markets, initiate projects and convert into sales
 * Create commercial strategies for different industries / use cases
 * Develop marketing materials (presentations, product sheets, value stories).
 * Evaluation of business opportunities, creation of business cases
 * Conduct market and competitive analysis (benchmarking, technology watch) to generate competitive landscape
 * Preparation and presentation of decision-making bases
 * Provide clear and structured reporting on the development pipeline (potential, maturity, ROI).
 * Ensure compliance with legal frameworks (IP, confidentiality, freedom to operate) in collaboration with proionic and Arkema legal teams.
Your Qualifications:
 * Master degree or Phd or equivalent in Chemistry, Materials Science, or Polymers
 * At least 5 years of experience in technical business development or technical sales
 * Strong knowledge of B2B industrial markets
 * Experience in international and multicultural environments
 * Ability to understand and discuss technical requirements
 * Fluent business German and English - other languages are a plus
 * Presentation and negotiation skills
 * Initiative, self-motivated, result-oriented, entrepreneurship
