Job Description
N-able is seeking a Senior Account Manager for France and Benelux. The role owner is responsible for developing the channel landscape in the assigned region, meeting budget and activity targets, and ensuring partner and customer satisfaction. This includes developing existing distribution partners, reactivating lost and inactive partners, recruiting new partners, and generating revenue for N-able by closing sales at defined monthly quotas. The ideal candidate will be an experienced salesperson with knowledge of the IT channel in France and Benelux.
What You'll Do
1. Develop relationships and structured partnerships with distribution partners and their customers (Managed Service Providers, Resellers).
2. Build and maintain a consistent and reliable funnel of opportunities and meet agreed contract volume and revenue targets for new business.
3. Retain and grow existing customers to agreed revenue targets by up-selling and cross-selling.
4. Work collaboratively with the sales leadership team and cross-functional team members to develop and manage an account acquisition strategy in your territory.
5. Review the performance of existing distributors and provide feedback to internal stakeholders.
6. Train sales resources within distribution and attend client meetings with them where required.
7. Meet distributor revenue targets for new and existing business across all products in your region.
8. Promote the company within distribution organizations and organize customer events jointly with distributors for face-to-face selling.
What You'll Bring
* Native French speaker, with business-level English (Dutch or German is a plus).
* At least 3 years of sales experience in the IT channel (Vendor, Distribution, Reseller, Managed Service Provider).
* Experience in SaaS software sales is an asset.
* Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
* Proven ability to establish and adjust priorities dynamically based on activity.
* Effective multi-tasking skills.
* Strong presentation, mediation, and collaboration skills.
* Excellent relationship-building skills.
* Willingness to travel up to 33% of the time.
